The procedures for recruiting teaching staff are now defined by the provisions of Law No. 240 of December 30, 2010 (the so-called “Gelmini Law”). The University of Rome “Foro Italico” in implementing the provisions of the aforementioned law has regulated the relevant criteria and procedures with the University Regulations for Teaching Personnel.
