Curricular internships, regulated by Article 1, Paragraph 3 of the Regulations for the Management of Curricular and Extra-curricular Internships (issued by Resolution No. 28A of the Academic Senate – Meeting of 15/07/19 – Minutes No. 4/2019), can be activated by students of all degree and master’s degree programs of the University and by companies, companies, institutions and entities interested in hosting students for work experience within them.

Companies, corporations, institutions and entities wishing to activate an internship should proceed as follows:

1. take note of the Regulations for the management of curricular and extra-curricular internships
2. download the Internship Project Proposal Form for companies, fill it out in its entirety, and send it to the Internship and Job Placement Service (tirocinio.lavoro@uniroma4.it), which is responsible for having the proposal evaluated and approved by internal reference lecturer before publishing it in the “Internship Offer” section
3. sign jointly with the University the Internship Agreement, which the Internship and Job Placement Service is responsible for having registered for the activation of the internship itself
4. make the interview with the interested student to agree on the personalized pathway that must also be approved by the referring teacher (internal tutor) and begin the filling of the Internship Activation Form (Formative Project) + statino, which can be done directly in the pdf, being careful not to fill in the final part of the Statino
5. sign the form in the space designated for the Corporate Tutor’s signature and send the signed and completed form, in pdf format, to the e-mail address tirocinio.lavoro@uniroma4.it
6. mid-internship fill out the online Internship Questionnaire Company Tutor (intermediate)
7. At the end of the student’s internship fill out online internship Questionnaire Company Tutor (final)

Completion of the Questionnaires by students and Tutors of host facilities is mandatory, according to the provisions of DL 74/2017 and Article 12, Paragraph 4 of the University Regulations.
