La Student and Undergraduate Secretariat receives the public only by appointment, which must be made through online booking, on the following days and times:

• Tuesday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Only one person is allowed to enter the counter at a time, and there is no access to the Secretariat premises without a reservation.
