TheOffice of Communication and Ceremonial carries out the following activities:
- manages external relations
- manages the ceremonial
- organizes the University’s institutional events and happenings
- Manages the dean’s representative meetings
- handles patronage requests
- manages the image of the University
- Coordinates and manages online communication
- Coordinates visual communication and creation of graphic materials for all Athenaeum activities
- Manages the Public Relations Office (PRO) e-mail box.
The Office reports to the web editorial staff, which:
- Coordinates and manages the editorial content of the institutional portal www.uniroma4.it
- Coordinates aspects related to the graphic layout of the institutional portal
- Manages relationships with administrative, teaching, and research facilities to publish content on the institutional portal
The web editorial staff is coordinated by an Editorial Committee, which follows the development project of the institutional portal, based on the guidelines of the University’s top management, in order to keep its content and structure updated. The Committee also takes care of coordination among the various structures of the Administration in order to ensure consistency and unambiguousness of online communication content and ii monitoring of results.
