Data Processing and Disclosures (GDPR)

As required by Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR, the University of Rome “Foro Italico”, as Data Controller, gives evidence to the different reference audiences of the processing of personal data and its purposes, carried out within the scope of teaching, higher education, scientific research and administration activities, by providing disclosures with the following contents:

  • Contact details of the Data Controller and the Data Protection Officer;
  • purpose of processing;
  • categories of data processed;
  • legal basis for processing;
  • nature of data provision;
  • data source;
  • methods of treatment;
  • categories of data recipients;
  • data retention period;
  • Rights of the public concerned.

For the management of privacy inherent to the SBN RMS Pole, an Agreement of co-ownership in the processing of personal data has been signed, the essential content of which, in accordance with Article 26(2) of Regulation (EU) 679/2018, is made available to the interested parties.
