The Erasmus+ Program
Erasmus+ is the European Union’s education, training, youth and sports program activated for the period 2021-2027 to foster the personal and professional development of citizens. Inclusive, high-quality education and training, as well as informal and nonformal learning, provide young people and participants of all ages with the qualifications and skills needed for active participation in democratic society, intercultural understanding, and fruitful labor market transitions.
Building on the program’s success in the 2014-2020 period, Erasmus+ has intensified its efforts to offer more opportunities to a larger number of participants and a wider range of organizations, focusing on its qualitative impact and contributing to the creation of more inclusive, cohesive, green and digitally adapted societies.
The University of Rome “Foro Italico,” participating in Key Action 1 of the Erasmus+ Program, offers students in its undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs the opportunity to spend a period of study (student mobility for study) or a period of internship (student and recent graduate mobility for training) in a foreign higher education institution, institution or company, thanks to the numerous agreements signed over the years and the financial support of the Erasmus+ Program.
