Enrolment at the university and visa: two different things
Pre-enrolment at the university does not guarantee an appointment at the embassy or consulate to apply for a visa.
Furthermore, as stated in the ministerial circular for the 2025–2026 academic year, even if the university accepts a student’s application, this does not mean that a visa will automatically be granted. The issuance of a study visa is, in fact, the exclusive responsibility of embassies and consulates.
