Webmail

The University provides an institutional e-mail address to teaching, research and technical-administrative staff, as well as to students regularly enrolled in one of the active study paths.

University webmail is included in the Microsoft Office 365 package.

All student-University communications are carried out using only this mailbox, which is deactivated within 360 days, if enrollment for the current academic year is inactive, and after 180 days from the date of career closure.

Is this your first time logging in here?
To access your institutional mailbox, you will need the credentials of the WEB-ESSE3 restricted area, adding the suffix “@studenti.uniroma4.it” to your WEB-ESSE3 username (example: m.rossi@studenti.uniroma4.it).

The password is the same as in the restricted area (WEB-ESSE3)

If you do not remember your user name and password, you can use the “forgot password” function in the WEB-ESSE3 restricted area menu, and you will receive your user name and password at the personal e-mail address you entered during registration.
