Recognition of Optional Educational Activities (AFS)

Recognition of AFS-Choice Learning Activities carried out outside the University’s degree programs must be done through an automated procedure by accessing the portal SharePoint and following these steps:

  1. select the central “Start now” button or click on the “Enter a new AFS award” link;
  2. fill in the fields and upload the attachments, (certificate and program of the course held);
  3. Click on “Save” and submit the request.

 

In case of approval by the relevant bodies, the Student Secretary, downstream of the student’s career check:

  • Reject the application if it has already been approved for another course of study;
  • enters the activity into the booklet, without any further action on the part of the student.

 

Rejection of a request for recognition will be notified to the student by e-mail.
