Bylaws
The Statute of the University of the Studies of Rome “Foro Italico” was prepared pursuant to Law no. 168/1989 (art. 6 and 16), DIgs. no. 178/1998 (art. 4) and Law no. 240/2010 and issued by Rectoral Decree no. 12048 of 19.12.2011 (Official Gazette no. 303 of 30/12/2011). By Rector’s Decree No. 5550 of 07/23/2013, published in the Official Gazette No. 177 of July 30, 2013, it was amended By Rector’s Decree No. 269 of 07/30/2020, published in the Official Gazette No. 204 of August 17, 2020.
