In order to verbalize CFUs acquired through an internship or work activity, it is necessary to follow the procedure described below, which applies to all degree programs except the Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Activity (LM67 International).

Please note that the internship is an annual educational activity included in the last year of each degree program (in the 3rd for L22, in the 2nd for LL.MM). Accordingly, it is possible to take the minutes starting from the 1st call of the summer session. If you try to book early, the system will report “activity not attended,” even if the internship is completed.

You are also reminded that complete and correct documentation must be sent to the Internship and Job Placement Service at the e-mail address tirocinio.lavoro@uniroma4.it at least 15 days before the date of the verbalization call to which you intend to book. Documentation delivered after the deadline will be taken care of by the office, but the completion of the procedure to access the verbalization cannot be guaranteed.

Procedure

1. Access the personal area on the university intranet and go to “Internship Appeals” within the “Appeals” section
2. proceed to the reservation as for all other exams, remembering not to show up for roll call because the record will be made automatically by the Commission
3. check that the transcript has been duly registered (you may have to wait a few days); if so, a green dot appears under the specific item on the personal career; if there are any problems, write for information to the Student Secretariat at segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it
4. in case of any problems with the reservation please contact the Educational Programming Service by writing to the e-mail address programmazione.didattica@uniroma4.it within the terms of validity of the reservation at roll call

Like other exams, there will be 2 appeals for each exam session (summer, fall, winter). It will not be possible to verbalize the internship in the remedial appointments.
