Organization

The organizational structure, which recalls the provisions of Law 240/2010 and the Statute of the Athenaeum published in OJ General Series No. 303 of December 30, 2011, as amended, is divided into:

Governing bodies

The governing bodies stipulated in the University Statute are the Chancellor, who appoints the Vice Chancellors and Delegates, the Academic Senate and the Board of Directors.

The Director General is responsible for the University’s central administration, organization and management of general services and personnel.

Administrative-accounting control and evaluation bodies

The monitoring and evaluation bodies provided for in the Statute are the University Evaluation Board and the Board of Auditors.

The auxiliary bodies provided for in the Statute are the Single Guarantee Committee (CUG), the Disciplinary Board and the Student Council.
