Public opening hours
A telephone help desk service is available, providing information on all services offered and managed by the Student Office for Degree Programmes.
The service can be contacted by calling: tel. +39 06 36733 393.
The service has been active since 20 October 2025 and is available on the following days and times:
Monday: 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 noon
Wednesday: 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 noon
In-person appointments are available by online booking only and take place on the following days and times:
Tuesday: 11.00–12.30 a.m.
Thursday: 14.00–15.30 p.m.
Friday: 13.30–15.00 p.m.
Access to the service desk is permitted to one person at a time, and entry to the Student Secretariat offices is not allowed without a prior booking.
