Course transfer is subject to the rules defined by the Regulations of the courses of study and/or the relevant structures, as well as subject to the availability of places.

A student enrolled in a course of study at the University may request a transfer to another course of the same level at the same University by submitting a request to the Board of the destination course from August 1 to December 31 of each academic year. Beyond this deadline, the request may be made only upon substantiated application.

The course council gives the opinion based on the evaluation of the past career and, if it is favorable:

• proceeds to validate courses attended, CFUs acquired and exams passed prior to the application for transfer
• establishes the course year in which it is possible to enroll and the educational activities that still need to be completed in order to obtain the degree
• Sends the information to the interested party through institutional communication channels.

The student admitted to the course transfer is required to pay the first installment of the annual contribution fee, if it has not already been paid, and to regularize any debt positions.
