Online registration for examinations is compulsory in order to take the exam and verbalize it. Online registrations are closed between 5 and 7 days before the date of each exam. The registration window for each exam can be checked in the student’s reserved area.

You can only register for exams in your year of enrollment and not for exams in subsequent years. The same rules apply to Elective Educational Activities (AFS), sports groups, placements, and elective clerkships.

It is recommended that you keep the web address (URL) of the confirmation page of your completed registration.

For courses not included in the transcript (for example, elective clerkships and AFS), students may register for exams online through the “exam search” function.

In case of difficulties or doubts, students are advised to contact the Didactic Planning Office before the registration deadline, as once the deadline has passed it is not possible to reopen registrations or to register candidates on their behalf.

Students in the Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences (L22/L33) may only sit one exam during the resit sessions.

The recording of AFS, sports groups, and elective clerkships for the A.Y. 2025-2026 must take place in person and with prior registration, by the April/May 2026 resit session; otherwise, the acquired credits (CFU) will be forfeited. Recording is always carried out in person.
