The University of Rome “Foro Italico” does not have university residences. Students must, therefore, seek accommodation independently, renting rooms from private individuals or apartments to share with other students.

The price for a single room in a shared apartment ranges from € 350.00 to € 550.00 approximately per month depending on the area and distance from the University (information based on a search of advertisements published in newspapers and Web sites) and normally a security deposit of 1-3 months’ rent is required. The price for a double room ranges from € 300.00 to € 400.00 /month/person.

Rome is home to many students and it can be difficult to find housing, especially for periods of less than 12 months. It is important to look for housing well in advance and in any case before arriving in Rome.
