What is TOLC-F

It is an individual test, different for each participant, composed of questions automatically and randomly selected from the CISIA TOLC database with software made and managed by CISIA – Interuniversity Consortium Integrated Systems for Access.

It is possible to take the TOLC-F at any of the participating locations, and the result is valid for access to all degree programs that provide this type of test, including the Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Rome “Foro Italico.” To choose the date, location and language of the test, it is possible to consult the specific calendar.

The TOLC-F consists of 50 questions, divided into five sections-Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Logic-and 30 questions for the English Language proficiency test. The latter questions, which are compulsory, are valid for self-assessment purposes and do not constitute useful marks for ranking.

How to take the TOLC-F
The test can be taken in TOLC@CASA or TOLC@UNI mode, in Italian or English, from January 1 to September 6, 2024 .

Curriculum 2 – Management and Organization of High Level Sports (GOSAL).

The Dual Career project of the University of Rome “Foro Italico” stems from the transposition of the European Commission’s “Guidelines on dual careers of athletes recommended policy actions in support of dual careers in high-performance sport,” approved in 2012 by the EU Expert Group “Education & Training in Sport,” in order to contribute to the exchange and dissemination of good practices and learning experiences in reconciling competitive sports engagement with a university career.

In addition to these guidelines, which mainly refer to the student-athlete, although not explicitly stated by the EU, the University of Foro Italico has also been showing special attention to the university career of coaches and competition judges/referees for several years, launching the program called “Management and Organization of High Level Sport (GOSAL)” which, unique in Italy, includes athletes, technicians and competition/referee judges of national interest certified by National Sports Federations (FSN), Discipline Sportive Associate (DSA) recognized by CONI and/or the Italian Paralympic Committee.

Number of places: 60 Athletes/Technicians/Race Judges/Arbitrators of national interest certified by National Sports Federations (FSN), Associated Sports Disciplines (DSA) recognized by CONI and/or the Italian Paralympic Committee
