Registration for SFAs for the 2024-2025 2* semester isopen from 18/12/2024 to 09/01/2025.
To enroll in Choice-Based Learning Activities (SFAs), you must log in to your personal area on the ESSE3 system, typing in your username and password. Those who do not remember them can retrieve them by using the “Retrieve Password” function.
Within the student private area, in the upper left corner, click on the Exams link and then on Search for Appeals
Type in the activity to which you want to book yourself and click Search
To register:
a. click on the lens to the left of the learning activity
b. click on the book to the left of the exam call date
c. click on proceed
Click, then, on Book at roll call and then on Proceed and Confirm Booking
At the end of the procedure, the entry “examination date – 10/01/2025” will appear , which should NOT be taken into account as its display is only for the functionality of the system.
It is important to always print the receipt of registration.
Only in the following case is enrollment done through appropriate form (active from 18/12/2024, 00:15 a.m. to 09/01/2025, 11:45 p.m.):
- For master’s degree students enrolling in SFAs that are not specific to their course of study
L22 undergraduate students can only attend SFAs and Elective Internships specific to their course of study, and 1st year students cannot enroll in 1st semester SFAs, but only in Elective Internships.
Enrollment in Elective Internships is done by making direct contact with the responsible faculty members to undergo the interview and define the commitment.
Students who are unable to enroll in their chosen SFAs can write to programmazione.didattica@uniroma4.it for placement in other SFAs with available places.
