All certifications of one’s college career are available in therestricted area, which can be accessed by logging in with your username and password, and selecting certificates from the secretariat menu.

In case you do not remember your login credentials, you can use the forgotten password function. By entering your social security number, after about 10 minutes, login credentials will be sent to your personal e-mail address (also check in spam).
Next, by logging in with the credentials received, you will be asked to change your password where old password means the one you received by e-mail.

If, on the other hand, you do not receive the e-mail, you will need to request segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it to update your personal e-mail address, attaching a copy of your ID. After receiving acknowledgement, you will be able to carry out the forgotten password procedure again according to the above.
