International student enrollment

Non-EU nationals and citizens residing abroad and visa applicants, in addition to applying for admission in accordance with the procedures set forth and indicated in the call for applications, are required to submit an online pre-enrollment application through the UNIVERSITALY portal. Procedures for entry, stay and matriculation of students applying for visas are published on the MUR Foreign Students website.

EU and non-EU citizens and nationals legally residing in Italy apply directly to the university according to the procedures provided and indicated in the call for applications.

Required documents

  1. Notarized copy of the high school diploma (for admission to bachelor’s degree programs) or the certificate of achievement with the list of exams taken (for admission to master’s degree programs). These documents must be translated and legalized in Italian
  2. the “declaration of value in loco,” issued by the Italian diplomatic-consular representation of the country to whose system the institution that issued the degree belongs, which must show that the degree possessed is valid for “in loco” enrollment in an academic course of first level (for admission to bachelor degree programs) or second level (for admission to master degree programs). Alternatively, for admission to master’s degree programs, the Diploma Supplement may be submitted if provided/available.

 

Knowledge of the Italian language at level B2 of the Council of Europe’s European Framework of Reference for Modern Languages (B2 of the CEFR) is required for access to bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. Passing the test is essential for matriculation purposes.
