Human Resources and Organization Area

The Human Resources and Organization Area coordinates and supervises the performance of procedures related to the administrative management of the careers of employees, monitoring of the staffing plan, organization of offices, stipulation of collaboration contracts, economic treatment of personnel employed or holding other types of relationships with the University, counting and payment of tax and contribution charges, retirement and severance pay of employees.

It is also in charge of planning and coordinating staff training and professional development activities, based on the programs defined annually by the Administration, in compliance with the provisions of the law and Art. 4, paragraph 2, letter E of the current C.C.N.L.

  • Recruitment of teaching and research staff
  • Recruitment of TD researchers and TD technical-administrative personnel
  • Recruitment of managerial and technical-administrative staff
  • Management of Visiting Professor contracts and procedures for Research Grants, including amendment to regulations
  • Coordination of activities for grants, contract teaching and research grants (calls and contracts)
  • Labor relations management of language expert collaborators
  • Authorization of extra-institutional assignments and database management
  • Career management and related certifications
  • Awarding prizes
  • Command management and faculty exchange between universities
  • Temporary executive selection procedures
  • Assignment of executive positions
  • Management of commands and internal and external mobility of T/A Staff.

  • Horizontal economic progressions
  • Management of staff welfare services and initiatives to support work well-being
  • Application institutes provided by the ICC: miscellaneous allowances and overtime
  • Absence and attendance management, time account
  • Expectation, leave, incapacity and accident management
