The Athenaeum has entered into an agreement with Aquatime, the only individual cabin aquabiking center in Rome, where it is possible, in absolute comfort and tranquility, to train by pedaling in water. This is a revolutionary system where the water becomes the personal trainer, thanks to the personalized programs and 26 jets of whirlpool with ozone.
The offer reserved for male and female students, teaching and technical administrative staff employees provides a 15% discount on tall subscription packages except monthly.

Igea Pharmacy Convention (year 2025)
The University has entered into an agreement with Igea Pharmacy for employees, contractors, faculty and staff with name badges that provides:
10 percent discount on drugs, health products (primary care products, braces and aids, electromedical devices), homeopathy and dermo-cosmetics. The discount cannot be combined with other current offers, discounts or promotions.

Auto No Problem Agreement
Auto No Problem is a company specializing in long-term rental and corporate fleet management with which the University has entered into an agreement that provides the following discounts over the normal rental rates offered for faculty and technical-administrative staff and their family members:
- Fees from 200 to 300 10% discount
- Fees from 300 to 500 6% discount
- Fees over 500 euros 4% discount
Throughout 2020 and the first half of 2021, each customer will receive a gasoline voucher in amounts ranging from 50 to 100 euros as a gift.

Convention – Share Now
The Athenaeum has entered into an agreement with Share Now, a leading car sharing company, valid for faculty and technical-administrative staff that provides free membership in the free-flow car sharing service instead of €9, with €10 free driving (credit must be used within 30 days of credit). Interested parties can make registration online in the dedicated section.
The agreement is understood to be in effect from its inception until 12/31/2022, by which date both online registration and account validation must take place. The convention is valid only for new subscribers to the service.
Osteria Metropolitana agreement
The Athenaeum has entered into an agreement with the Osteria Metropolitana restaurant at piazzale di Ponte Milvio, 34 in Rome that provides fixed-price and a la carte menus with a discount (not applicable Saturday, Sunday and holidays):
