Job Placement

Job Placement

The University of Rome “Foro Italico” facilitates thematching of labor supply and demand with the main objective of enabling its graduates to be quickly placed in the labor market.

Therefore, the Internship and Job Placement Service, in addition to providing an IT platform for companies to post vacancies and open positions and for graduates to apply, organizes meetings and events with companies to promote the value of the educational pathways offered by the university and foster awareness and recruitment of graduates.

The Athenaeum also offers its graduates a stimulating and accurate path of preparation for the transition from the university world to the world of business, through the activation of high value-added services and promotes meetings and seminars to help students in self-promotion through the correct compilation of the CV and in the awareness of their strengths and weaknesses in the area of “soft skills,” essential qualities to emerge in today’s job market.

The office supports companies and graduates from the administrative and organizational point of view before, during and after the job placement, providing them with all the necessary documentation for the implementation of the project.

Job Placement is also active on the research front. Students’ educational activities and interests in various fields of work are, in fact, monitored in order to prepare contacts with companies in the area.

The office also monitors employment dynamics in the field of exercise science and the expectations that the world of work has regarding the professional profile of its graduates. The monitoring, in addition to the AlmaLaurea surveys, a consortium of which the University is a member, is carried out on the careers of graduates to verify the actual employability of professionals pertaining to the exercise science and sports science labor market.

The University adheres to the Rete Del Placement Lazio, a non-formalized body that, with the support and collaboration of Alma Laurea Lavoro, brings together all the placement offices of the universities in Lazio to encourage the sharing of projects and initiatives related to policies for the transition from studies to work for the benefit of all young people, students, undergraduates and graduates in the Lazio region.
