Open Day 2025

The Open Day is an important opportunity for high school students to learn about the educational offerings of the University of Rome “Foro Italico,” Italy’s first and only university dedicated entirely to sports, science and health.

During these meetings, it will be possible to learn directly from those who work and study at the university about course content, admission procedures, facilities and services offered, professional outlets, and to gather the information necessary for an informed choice of one’ s university path, one of life’s most important choices.

This year the only online meeting will be on Monday, April 14, 2025 . Reservations are required to attend and can be made at any time at this link.

All other meetings will be in attendance at 10:45 a.m. in the Ex Collegio della Musica building at 6 Lauro de Bosis Square.

The scheduled dates are:

• Jan. 20 (reservations from Jan. 13)
• Feb. 17 (reservations from Feb. 10)
• March 10 (reservations from March 03)
• March 24 (reservations from March 17)
• April 28 (reservations from April 21)
• May 12 (reservations from May 5)
• May 23 (reservations from May 16)

To participate, you must register by filling out the form at this link within 7 working days before the selected date.

Each meeting is open to a maximum of 80 participants. In case of inability to attend, timely cancellation of the reservation is requested by filling out theappropriate form.

Program

In addition to the bachelor’s degree program in Exercise and Sport Sciences, the educational offerings include four master’s degree programs in:

1. Preventive and Adapted Motor Activities
2. Physical Activity and Health (international English-language track, in consortium other European universities, open to students of all nationalities)
3. Sports Science and Technology
4. Sports management (with two curricula: 1 Management, 2 Legal management)

It is, in addition, running a three-year PhD program in Human Movement and Sport Science.

Special attention is paid to inclusion policies.

The Athenaeum has activated numerous services to facilitate male and female students in their education:

• the Internship and Job Placement Service, which aims to facilitate the transition from university to the world of work
• l’International Relations Area, which is responsible for fostering student mobility exchanges with both other universities and businesses
• the Athenaeum Polysport, which represents the University in national and international events in various disciplines
• the University Language Center, which conducts courses at various levels of English, French and Spanish
• the service Students with disabilities and DSA., which guarantees the right to study, physical and educational accessibility and full participation in University life to all those with special needs.
