Independent Evaluation Body (OIV)
This function is carried out by the University’s Nucleo di Valutazione (NVA), which carries out activities to evaluate Performance and verify the fulfillment of Transparency and Anti-Corruption obligations, in compliance with the rules and provisions of the law. Specifically, the OIV prepares its Performance Report Validation Document (Art. 14, c. 4, lett. c), Legislative Decree No. 150/2009), as well as reports and documentation on the overall functioning of the System of Evaluation, Transparency and Integrity of Internal Controls (Art. 14, c. 4(a), Legislative Decree No. 150/2009), and other minor opinions in these areas.

The OIV expresses attests and valid annually:

• Performance Report, by the Director General with the support of the Performance Working Group.
• Performance measurement and evaluation system (SMVP)
• Attestation of compliance with publication requirements
