Procedure for online admission to the final examination

The procedure will be active from 03/02/2025 at 12:00 noon

Deadline 18/02/2025, 12:00 noon

1. login login to the restricted area > “Degree” > “Degree attainment”
2. “Proceed with the Degree Attainment Process” > scroll down to the “Degree Attainment” page and follow the online completion wizard;
   N.B. In the “Speaker’s Choice,” if the name does not appear on the list, fill in the “Other Speaker” fields;
3. “Back to the bulletin board”
4. “Proceed with thesis completion process” to enter the attachment of the final thesis paper in .pdf format up to “complete thesis”
5. “Back to the bulletin board” (the procedure has been completed).
6. From “Menu” select “Secretariat”/”Payments” and select the invoice with the description “virtual stamp achievement title A.A. 2023/2024” to make the payment by 18/02/2025. NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ALLOWED. The outcome of the payment is acquired automatically and is visible after about five days in the restricted area (secretariat/payments).
