Performance measurement and evaluation system (SMVP)

The System for Performance Measurement and Evaluation (SMVP) is the tool, outlined in Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree No. 150/2009 as amended by Legislative Decree No. 74/2017, through which public administrations feed their performance management cycle, planning, measuring and evaluating organizational and individual performance annually, with a view to transparency towards internal and external stakeholders, improvement of the quality of services offered and the growth of professional skills through the enhancement of merit.

 

Performance Plan

The PIAO– Integrated Activity and Organization Plan is the single three-year planning document, introduced by Law No. 113/2021, which integrates various planning plans: performance, personnel needs, gender equality, agile work, and anti-corruption.

Section 2 – Performance contains the strategic and operational objectives and defines the indicators for measuring and evaluating the administration’s performance, as well as the objectives assigned to managerial staff and their indicators.

 

Performance Report

The Performance Report, prepared in accordance with Article 10 of Legislative Decree No. 150 of 2009, is the document that highlights in the final report with reference to the previous year the organizational and individual results achieved with respect to the planned objectives, with detection of any deviations.

The document also presents the results achieved in the areas of transparency, integrity and anti-corruption, the activities carried out for equal opportunities and gender budgeting, the organization of agile work and, in conclusion, the steps taken by the University in the path of improvement of the performance management cycle.
