The Winter Thesis Session is scheduled from March 24th to April 04th, 2025.

The deadline for the application is March 03, 2025, h 11:59 p.m. (no applications will be accepted after this deadline).

Before starting the online application for admission, in order to be able to upload relevant receipts in a pdf format during the online procedure, students interested in discussing their thesis in the Winter session shall:

  1. fill in Alma Laurea questionnaire (for instructions, please refer to relevant document attached to this notice) and stamp receipt confirming its compilation, sign and save it in electronic form to then be able to upload it as per point 3;

Procedure for online compilation

The procedure is available in the student’s reserved area from February 10, 2025 at 1 p.m. (only if all exams have been passed and registered and if previous fees have been regularly paid) and not later than March 03, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (no applications will be accepted after this deadline):

  1. Login in the reserved area > Degree > Proceed with the degree attainment process > Title attainment > select ” winter session” and confirm (forward)
  2. Then select declaration that you have already passed all exams and confirm (forward)
  3. Then confirm or change thesis type, title of thesis, language (thesis language), subject (teaching activity). If you are an international student, select no position in Options Almalaurea and confirm (forward) > inserted data > in “List attachments” upload (insert attachment) the receipt confirming that you have filled in the Alma Laurea survey >
  4. Then click on “Return to the bulletin board,” then “Proceed with the dissertation completion process,” click on “Dissertation completion” and confirm (Next), confirm again (Next), select “Add new attachment” and upload the final dissertation in a pdf format.
  5. Confirm (Next) and select “Complete thesis” by and not later than 03/03/2025;

 

Students don’t have to deliver to the Students’ office their final thesis anymore and have to make sure that the supervisors approved the final version of the thesis before uploading them on line.

 

Graduation fees payment

Students have to pay the graduation fees (€ 32.00, due for stamp duties) by 03/03/2025
once the online compilation has been completed (see point 2):

  • online by credit card by clicking on the relevant invoice number available in the reserved area > secretariat/payments
  • by bank transfer to Università degli Studi di Roma Foro Italico is only permitted for international students: IBAN IT92B0569603215000004910X56, BIC/SWIFT: POSOIT22XXX and only in this case forward relevant receipt in a pdf format to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it

 

We inform students that applications for admission are accepted subject to verification and completion of all administrative and academic career checks.
