The matriculation procedure for applicants and candidates admitted to the specialization courses for support activities and teaching qualification training pathways for secondary schools includes the following steps:
Step 1 – Online completion of matriculation application
- Connect to the restricted area of the site and log in with your username and password.
- Click on Secretariat and then on Registration.
The matriculation application should be neither delivered nor mailed, but stored electronically. The matriculation will then be made final later by the relevant office, which will also assign the matriculation number.
Students with a disability under Art. 3.1 and Art. 3.3 of Law No. 104/1992 or with a disability of 66% or more are exempt from paying the course registration fee with the exception of the fixed stamp duty (€ 16.00). The application for exemption should be submitted immediately after going through the online matriculation procedure and before making the payment, by sending an e-mail to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it and tutorato.specializzato@uniroma4.it, attaching:
- The certificate(s) of handicap and/or disability;
- the declaration in lieu of affidavit (form DS attached to the notice, completed and signed);
- Valid identification document.
Step 2 – Payment of the 1st enrollment installment
The payment of the first enrollment installment must be made exclusively through the PagoPA procedure, which can be reached from therestricted area by clicking on Secretariat and then on Payments and on the invoice automatically generated after the completion of the matriculation application. The payment will be visible in this same area after a few days. No other forms of payment are allowed.
Successful applicants and candidates in the admission competition who do not matriculate and who do not make the payment of the first installment by the scheduled deadline will be considered to have forfeited their matriculation. Therefore, the rankings will be scrolled, always within the limit of the scheduled numbers, by means of a notice published on the website.
Step 3 – Payment of the 2nd enrollment installment
Payment of the second installment must be made according to the procedure indicated in “STEP 2”. The relevant invoice will be available approximately 7-10 days before the due date. The outcome of the payment can be found in the restricted area after about 3 to 4 days.
Step 4 – Payment for final test only for secondary school teaching qualification training paths (€ 150.00)
Payment of €150 for the final test must be made in the manner indicated in item 2 exclusively by those attending the secondary school teaching qualification training courses. The outcome of the payment can be found in the restricted area after about 3 to 4 days.
The deadlines for the different stages of matriculation to the different types of teacher training courses and the payment fees are indicated below and are communicated by specific notices on the homepage of the University website. In case of withdrawal of registration, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
