Course presentation and objectives

The Master’s Degree in Sports Management (LM47), trains experts in the field of organization, management and marketing of sports and motor activities and professionals capable of obtaining a sports agent license.

After a first year of common educational activities, it is divided into two curricula geared toward training two different professional profiles:

  1. managerial curriculum
  2. legal curriculum

The objectives of the training course are divided into the following content areas:

  • sports management and organization
  • sports marketing and communication
  • sports economics and management
  • sports law
  • governance in sports
  • practical experiences and sports management

Objectives also include the integration of acquisitions of sports and motor sciences with related economic, legal and psycho-sociological sciences to provide more appropriate tools and methodologies for high-level institutional and professional communication, as well as technical knowledge for the management of sports facilities.

Given that the specific training objectives, due to their complexity and novelty, require specialized and diversified skills, the course makes use of supplementary teachings or individual teaching modules, aimed at in-depth study and professional qualification in the field of management and sports law, adapting to specific needs, which may emerge over time from the demand for work.

Final Exam
