The Autumn Graduation Session will take place from 5 to 14 October 2026.
The schedules, including the list of candidates, dates and times of the graduation sessions, will be published one week before the start of the session.
The deadline for submitting the graduation application and thesis is 16 September 2026 at 11:59 pm.
No applications can be accepted after this deadline.
Before starting the online application process, students who intend to graduate in the Autumn Session are invited to:
- Complete the AlmaLaurea questionnaire (please refer to the instructions attached to this notice), download the completion receipt, sign it and save it as a PDF file for upload during the online procedure.
Online Application Procedure
The procedure will be available through the student portal from 2 September 2026 at 1:00 pm until 16 September 2026 at 11:59 pm.
Access is available only to students who:
- have passed and registered all examinations included in their study plan;
- have fulfilled all financial obligations to the University.
To complete the procedure:
Log in to your personal area > Graduation > Start Graduation Process > Degree Award > select “Autumn Session”ck Next.
Confirm that all examinations have been completed and registered, then review or update the following information:
- thesis type;
- thesis title;
- language;
- subject area.
In the AlmaLaurea options section, select the preferred privacy setting regarding publication of your curriculum vitae and click Next.
In the Attachments section, upload the AlmaLaurea questionnaire completion receipt.
Then select Return to Dashboard and continue with Thesis Completion Process. Follow the on-screen instructions, select Add New Attachment, and upload the final dissertation in PDF format.
The thesis upload must be completed by 16 September 2026 at 11:59 pm.
Students are no longer required to submit a printed or digital copy of their dissertation to the Student Administration Office. Before uploading the final version, students are advised to ensure that it has been approved by their supervisor.
Any technical issues or anomalies should be reported promptly to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it, including a screenshot of the problem. Reports must be submitted within the stated deadline.
Graduation Fee
The graduation fee (€32.00 for stamp duty) must be paid by 16 September 2026 at 11:59 pm, after completing the online procedure.
Payment can be made online by credit card through the relevant payment notice available in the student portal under Student Administration > Payments.
Please note that graduation applications are accepted subject to verification of all academic and administrative requirements.
