The matriculation procedure for candidates admitted to the training course for specialization in support activities – 8th cycle includes three stages.
Step 1 – Online completion of matriculation application (from 20/09/2023 3:00 p.m. to 27/09/2023 12:00 p.m.)
- Log on to therestricted area of the website and login with your username and password
- From the menu, go to the SECRETARIAT and then to EMPLOYMENTS.
- Complete the application in its entirety and submit it electronically. Following approval by the relevant offices, the matriculation number will be sent. The application should not be sent or delivered in paper format
- Persons with a recognized disability under Art. 3.1 and Art. 3.3 of Law No. 104/1992 or with a disability of 66% or more, before proceeding to the payment of matriculation fees, must send an e-mail to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it and tutorato.specializzato@uniroma4.it to request the application of total exemption from the payment of the matriculation fee with the exception of the stamp duty of €16.00. Attached to the e-mail should be:
- their own certification of disability/invalidity
- The completed and signed declaration in lieu of affidavit
- one’s own valid identity document
Step 2 – Payment of the 1st registration installment (by 27/09/2023 12:00 noon)
The payment of the 1st enrollment installment of €1,616 must be made exclusively through the PagoPA procedure, which can be reached from the restricted area by clicking on SECRETARIES and then on PAYMENTS and on the invoice automatically generated after the completion of the enrollment application. The payment will be visible in this same area after a few days. No other forms of payment are allowed.
Admitted candidates who do not matriculate by September 27, 2023 at 12:00 noon will be considered as dropouts and then the rankings can be scrolled.
Step 3 – Payment of the 2nd enrollment installment (by 12:00 p.m. 12/15/2023)
Payment of the 2nd enrollment installment of €1,600 (for ordinary and supernumerary students) and €400 (for supernumerary students with an abbreviated pathway) must be paid using the same procedure by December 15, 2023 at 12:00 noon. The late payment allowance for late payments up to 60 days is €50, and for late payments beyond the 61st day it is €100.
Institutional mailbox activation
The university activates to all regularly enrolled students an institutional e-mail box using the same username and password created by each person when registering for the restricted area. All official communications will be handled exclusively through this e-mail box.
Waiver of enrollment
In case of withdrawal after registration , the amounts paid will not be refunded.
