Notice of competition

It should be noted that in art. 4 paragraph 9, in the point where reference is made to the deadline for registration for the competition, the same is to be understood as set at day 13/05/2022 12:00 as expressly indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 of the same Notice. It should also be noted that the aforementioned art. 9, in the point where it refers to the establishment of the final rankings: “[…] adding to the scores obtained in the tests referred to in points a), b) and c) of art. 6 of this notice […]” is to be understood, on the basis of the reference legislation (namely DM no. 92 of 08/02/2019 and the ministerial note of 17/08/2020) and as correctly stated in art. 6 of the Notice, letter a): “the score of the pre-selection test is not counted for the purpose of preparing the ranking of those admitted to the course.”

All courses are delivered exclusively in-person on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sunday mornings (only one Sunday per month)

Method of presentation of evaluable qualifications for those admitted to the oral test

Evaluable qualifications must be declared by completing the special form, accessible from 12:00 noon on 01/07/2022 to 12:00 noon on 06/07/2022 by only those candidates admitted to the oral test and, at the same time, it must be uploaded to Esse3, on its own personal page, copy ofself-certification, proceeding as follows:

Log in and go to “Secretariat” then click on “Admission Test”, then continue by selecting the competition “Specialization of Supporting Activities” for which the candidate is admitted to the oral test
Confirm the pages proposed by the procedure until you get to the presentation of professional, scholarly, and scientific qualifications that can be evaluated
Applicant with professional, educational and/or scientific qualifications must upload the self-certification attached to this notice through the upload procedure via the “Browse” option
Do not upload copies of assessable qualifications, but only the self-certification form attached to this notice

No other methods of submitting papers are allowed, and titles published and/or submitted after the deadline will not be evaluated.
