Secretariat of the Rector’s Office

The Rector’s Secretariat carries out the following activities:

  • Support for the institutional activities of the Rector and the Vice Rector;
  • Supporting the meetings of the Rector and the Vice Rector by preparing the necessary materials;
  • Managing relationships with CRUI and the Regional Coordinating Committee;
  • Coordination with the Management Secretariat;
  • Support to the Academic Senate for related tasks;
  • Support for the renewal of the composition of Academic Bodies and the replacement of their members;
  • Preparation of content for updating the portal related to the Rector and his Delegates;
  • Coordination of promotion activities and production of University gadgets in cooperation with the various relevant offices;
  • Management of practices related to the granting of University patronage;
  • Updating web information related to the composition of the Academic Senate.
