The goal of the research work is to seek tools that can be useful both for the companies that implement them and in terms of the externalities they create regarding social inclusion and, more generally, positive effects on society. Consequently, research analyses the various corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities that companies are still trying to define. To make the work more concrete, analysis is focused on soccer as a tool for reducing the gender gap between the two sexes.
Thanks to collaboration with the CESARE experimental lab at Luiss, we were able to identify significant critical issues that still exist today regarding the perception of soccer between men and women, using both various samples of people in experiment and through questionnaires. The goal is to put these studies into practice by bringing these findings to the actual playing field, where many people train every day, and to create an environment where inclusion and staying together are the primary drivers of development for every community and type of organization.
