Foreign students wishing to enrol for the A.Y. 2024-2025 in the master’s degree LM67 INT –European Master in Health and Physical Activity at the University of Rome ‘Foro Italico’ from the second year onwards must follow the procedure described below.
Step 1
Pay the 1st tuition fee instalment (€ 156.00: regional tax and stamp duty) no later than 31 October 2024 on line by credit card by clicking on the corresponding invoice number (available from mid-October). The payment is automatically accepted and the outcome is available after approximately 3-4 days in the reserved area > Secretariat > Payments.
In the event that the invoice is not available as of 14 October 2024, it is the students’ responsibility to request its issuance in a timely manner at segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it.
Students who will be discussing their theses by the winter session of the related academic year are exempted from the payment of the 1st tuition fee instalment if they submit their thesis reservation applications no later than 31 October 2024 (please refer to the relevant notice published online).
In the event that the student does not graduate in this session, he/she will have to regularise his/her registration for the current academic year by paying the 1st and 2nd instalments of the application fee (fees will be increased by the relevant late payment allowance) and the 3rd instalment of the application fee (refer to STEPS 1, 3 and 4).
Step 2
Computation of the annual all-inclusive tuition fees (2nd and 3rd tuition fee instalments)
Foreign students and Italian students with income generated abroad interested in benefitting from reductions in the annual all-inclusive tuition fees, by and not later than 30 November 2024 (or in any case without fail no later than 31 December 2024 with a charge of indemnity), shall be in possession of the ISEE Parificato 2023 for services for the Right to Universities Studies (“per le prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario”); it can be requested at any Fiscal Assistance Center (CAF) here in Italy and it shall be sent in a pdf format to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it respecting the same deadlines.
Please note that certificate release is not immediate, but it takes 10-15 working days from the request. The 2nd and 3rd tuition fees instalments will be calculated on the basis of relevant income bracket.
It should be noted that those who do not comply with the above-mentioned procedures, shall be considered as belonging to the highest income bracket; the same apply to students who do not wish to present their ISEE 2024 for services for the Right to Universities Studies (“per le prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario”).

From the 2nd year to the 5th year of enrolment exceeding the two-year program, the minimum and maximum amounts of the all-inclusive contribution increase respectively by 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. From the 5th year of enrolment exceeding the two-year program onwards, the increase is 50%.

Step 3
Payment of 2nd tuition fee instalment (amount to pay can be viewed in your own reserved area- segreteria/pagamenti available at early December) by and not later than 16 December 2024 as per procedures specified under step 1.
Step 4
Payment of the 3rd tuition fee instalment (amount to pay can be viewed in your own reserved area- segreteria/pagamenti available at mid April) by and not later than 30 April 2025 as per procedures specified under step 1.
Student contribution exemptions
On the basis of the agreement with consortium universities, the first two best students of each partner university in the ranking list are exempted from the payments of the 2nd and 3rd tuition fee instalment.
Disabled students
- Students with a certified disability as per art. 3.1-3 Law 104/1992 or with a certified permanent disability equal to or exceeding 66% are exempt from payment of annual all-inclusive tuition fees (2nd and 3rd tuition fees instalments), except for stamp duty (€ 16,00).
- Students with a certified permanent disability between 33% and 65% shall pay the 1st tuition fee instalment but are offered a partial exemption from annual all-inclusive tuition fees (2nd and 3rd tuition fee instalments) of € 300, 00.
Students who have applied for a grant (LAZIODISU)
Students who have applied for a grant shall pay only the 1st tuition fee instalment (€ 156,00: regional tax and stamp duty). However, should they not be ranked as winner or eligible in the final ranking, they shall pay the 2nd fee instalment both by the 31st of December 2024 and then pay the 3rd fee instalments by 30/04/2025.
Transferred students. Students transferred from another University of Latium Region shall not pay DSU Regional Tax.
Students from Partner Universities (agreement signed with consortium universities)
The first two (2) best students of each partner university in the ranking list, up to a maximum of ten (10) students/year, are exempt from payment of all-inclusive tuition fees (2nd and 3th tuition fee instalment), except for the 1st tuition fee instalment.
In accordance with Law 232 of 11.12.2016 (Student Act), the following calculation criteria are identified according to the household’s economic situation certified by the ISEE granted for the benefit of the right to university study:
- course of apprenticeship;
- ISEE value calculated specifically for benefits for the right to study;
- number of years of enrolment in the course. Where “year” refers to the number of years of enrolment starting from the first year of registration for the first time at any university, as in the cases of transfer from another University or passing of an internal course;
- the number of credits received during the 12 months before August 10th.
Tuition fees deadlines
- 1st tuition fee instalment: 31/10/2024
- Computation of the annual all-inclusive tuition fees: 30/11/2024
- 2nd tuition fee instalment: 16/12/2024
- 3rd tuition fee instalment: 30/04/2025
Should the above deadlines and any other ones later indicated not be met, a default indemnity will be applied as follows: €. 50,00 up to a 60-day delay; €. 100,00 beyond a 60-day delay.
In the event of quit, no payments will be refunded.
