Reservation procedures for winter thesis session A.Y. 2024-2025 LM67INT

The Winter thesis session a.y. 2024-2025  is scheduled from 23^rd March to 3^rd April 2026 (to be confirmed).

The deadline for delivering reservation for the Winter Thesis Session is 31^st October 2025 11:59 p.m. (no later than  December 15, 2025 01:00 p.m with late payment charge).

The online procedure, available from 14^th October 2025, upon previous agreement with the Supervisor, is:

• Login Reserved Area > Laurea (Degree) > Procedi (proceed) to Processo di Tesi > Tesi di Laurea and follow the guided procedure up to “Completa Tesi” (Thesis Completion).

Promptly report to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it any anomalies and/or difficulties, attaching relevant screenshots, no later than the deadline.

Once the above procedure has been completed, it is up to the student to verify in the following days that thesis reservation is confirmed by the Supervisor.

To verify thesis status, students shall login again in their own Reserved Area: Laurea > Riepilogo Tesi > click on “Visualizza Dettaglio Tesi” (View Thesis Details). Thesis status must be “APPROVATA” (Approved)

Reservation whose thesis has not been approved by the Supervisor will not be accepted.

Students interested in defending their thesis during the Winter session are reminded:

• to check and verify in their own student reserved area of the University’s website that all passed exams are listed, according to the study program. If not, inform promptly the Student Services Office (segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it);
• to deliver online application for admission to thesis session (approximate deadline is 03^rd March 2026), according to procedures to be indicated later on (approximately end ofJanuary);
• to check that all the CFU/ECTS Credits of their degree course, with the exception of the credits of the final exam (thesis), have been acquired and registered in their academic career by the second available date (2° appello) in the Winter session of exam calendar a.y. 2024-2025;
• to verify that all payments and any default indemnity have been duly settled.

No applications will be accepted after the above deadlines.
