PhD Programme 40th Cycle – A.Y. 2024-2025: Enrolments

Successful candidates for a position in the PhD Programme 40th Cycle A.Y. 2024-2025, with or without a Scholarship, are invited to complete the enrolment procedure during the period from Monday, 23 September 2024 to Friday, 4 October 2024.

Online Enrolment Procedure

1. Access the specific link on the University website;
2. Log in to the ESSE3 Cineca reserved area;
3. Click on “Registrar’s Office” and then on” Enrolment”;
4. Upload the Form A-self-certification of total annual personal income, signed and saved as a PDF, along with a copy of a valid identity document (only for those who have been awarded a position with Scholarship);
5. Upload in electronic format the receipt of registration to the separate INPS management in PDF format (only for those who have been awarded a position with Scholarship);
6. Select Payments, click on the relevant invoice number and make the payment of €156.00 (€16.00 stamp duty + €140 regional tax) using the PagoPA procedure automatically generated by the system (mandatory procedure);
7. Send a copy of the completed payment and a passport-sized photo to ufficio.dottorati@uniroma4.it

Registration to the Separate INPS Management (only for Scholarship recipients)

From 01/01/1999, scholarships are subject to INPS (National Institute for Social Security) contribution under separate management, of which ⅔ is borne by the Administration and ⅓ by the beneficiary. It is therefore necessary to establish a specific INPS contributory position. The procedure can be completed online on the INPS website.

Candidates who have been awarded a position with or without Scholarship and do not complete the enrolment by 4 October 2024 will be considered to have forfeited their enrolment, and the rankings will be scrolled within the limits of the programmed number.
