LM67INT Winter session a.y. 2024-2025: Thesis admission procedures

The Winter Thesis Session is scheduled from 25 to 26 March 2026.

Calendars (candidates, days and times) will be published one week before the start date of the sessions.

The deadline for the application is 03 March 2026, h. 23:59 (no applications will be accepted after this deadline).

Before starting the online application for the admission, students wishing to discuss their thesis in the Winter session must first complete the Alma Laurea questionnaire (please refer to the attached document for instructions).

Once completed, students must:

  • obtain the receipt confirming submission of the questionnaire,
  • stamp, sign and save the receipt in electronic (PDF) format,
  • upload it during the online procedure, as indicated in the next paragraph.

 

Procedure for online compilation
The procedure will be available in the student’s reserved area from February 10, 2026 at 1 p.m. (only if all exams have been passed and registered and if previous fees have been regularly paid) and not later than March 03, 2026 at 11.59 p.m. (no applications will be accepted after this deadline).

Steps to complete the procedure:

  1. Log in to the reserved area > Laurea > Procedi con il processo conseguimento titolo > Conseguimento titolo > select “Winter session” (appello invernale) and confirm (Avanti).
  2. Select the declaration confirming that you have passed all exams (Ho già sostenuto tutti gli esami) and confirm (Avanti).
  3. Confirm or update the following details:
    • Thesis type (tipo tesi)
    • Thesis title (titolo tesi)
    • Thesis language (lingua tesi)
    • Subject (attività didattica)
    •  Select your choice no position (posizione mancante) or authorizes the publication of the curriculum (autorizza la pubblicazione del curriculum) or does not authorize the publication (non autorizza la pubblicazione)  in Opzioni Almalaurea and confirm (avanti) > inserted data > in “Lista allegati” upload (inserisci allegato) the receipt confirming that you have filled in the Alma Laurea survey
  4. Return to the dashboard (Torna alla bacheca) > Procedi con il processo di completamento tesi > Completamento tesi >Confirm (Avanti), confirm again (Avanti) > select Aggiungi nuovo allegato, and upload the final dissertation in PDF format. Confirm (Avanti) and then select “Completa tesi”, no later than March 03, 2026 at 11.59 p.m..

Important:

  • Students are no longer required to deliver a printed copy of the thesis to the Students’ Office.
  • Before uploading, ensure that the supervisor has approved the final version of the thesis.
  • Report any issues or anomalies immediately by emailing segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it, attaching relevant screenshots. Reports must be submitted before the deadline.

 

Graduation fees
Graduation fees (€32.00, due for stamp duties) must be paidby March 03, 2026 at 11.59 p.m once the online compilation has been completed.

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

  • Online by credit card by clicking on the relevant invoice number available in the reserved area (Segreteria > Pagamenti).
  • By bank transfer (for international students only) to:

    BIC/SWIFT: POSOIT22XXX

In this case, students must also send a copy of the payment receipt in PDF format to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it

Students are advised that applications for admission will only be accepted once all administrative and academic checks have been successfully completed.
