LM67INT: Winter session thesis admission procedures A.Y. 2022-2023

The Winter Thesis Session for the students of the Master of Science in Health and Physical Activity (LM67INT) is scheduled from 25th March to 5th April 2024.

The deadline for the application is 29th February 2024, h. 23:59 (no applications will be accepted after this deadline).

Before starting the online application for admission, in order to be able to upload relevant receipts in a pdf format during the online procedure, students interested in discussing their thesis in the autumn session shall:

1. fill in Alma Laurea questionnaire (for instructions, please refer to relevant document attached to this notice) and stamp receipt confirming its compilation, sign and save it in electronic form to then be able to upload it as per point 3;
2. register in Jobsoul website (optional for international students), upload your CV and sign up to its newsletter. For further information please contact tirocinio.lavoro@uniroma4.it.

Procedure for online compilation in the student’s reserved area available from 09/02/2024 at 10.00 (only if all exams have been passed and registered and if previous fees have been regularly paid) and not later than 29/02/2024 at 23.59 (no applications will be accepted after this deadline):

Login in the reserved area > Laurea > Procedi con il processo conseguimento titolo > Conseguimento titolo > select “special session” (appello straordinario) and confirm (avanti)

Then select declaration that you have already passed all exams (Ho già sostenuto tutti gli esami) and confirm (avanti)

Then confirm or change thesis type (tipo tesi), title of thesis (titolo tesi), language (lingua tesi), subject (attività didattica). If you are an international student, select no position (posizione mancante) in Opzioni Almalaurea and confirm (avanti) > inserted data > in “Lista allegati” upload (inserisci allegato) the receipt confirming that you have filled in the Alma Laurea survey >

Then click on “Torna alla bacheca”, then “Procedi con il processo di completamento tesi”, click on “Completamento tesi” and confirm (Avanti), confirm again (Avanti), select “Aggiungi nuovo allegato” and upload the final dissertation in a pdf format. Confirm (Avanti) and select “Completa tesi” by and not later than 29/02/2024;

Students don’t have to deliver to the Students’ office their final thesis anymore and have to make sure that the supervisors approved the final version of the thesis before uploading them on line.

Graduation fees payment

Students have to pay the graduation fees (€ 32,00, due for stamp duties) by 29/02/2024.
International students shall pay it

• online by credit card clicking on the relevant invoice number available in the reserved area > segreteria/pagamenti
• by bank transfer to Università degli Studi di Roma Foro Italico: IBAN IT92B0569603215000004910X56, BIC/SWIFT: POSOIT22XXX and only in this case forward relevant receipt in a pdf format to segreteria.studenti@uniroma4.it
