Procedure for the compulsory collegiate medical examinations
Place of examination: University Outpatient Clinic and Sports Medicine Centre, Via Leopoldo Franchetti, 2/A – 00135 Rome
Date of examination: exclusively on the day and at the time indicated in the calendar published together with the ranking lists.
Order of examination: according to the order of the invitation lists.
Documents to bring to the examination:
- identity document,
- health insurance card,
- copy of the receipt for payment of €82.00 by bank transfer to the account held by Fondazione Universitaria “Foro Italico”, IBAN: IT50V0538703246000049385624 – Banca BPER, indicating as the reason for payment: “Collegiate medical examination a.y. 2026-2027, Name and Surname of the candidate”,
- clinical documentation relating to any previous or current medical conditions (only if applicable)
Extraordinary make-up day for missed medical examinations
Who may use it: in the event of illness, bereavement, participation in competitive sporting events, public competitions
How and what: by sending the documentation (medical certificate, copy of registration for the competition or other official certificates) 24 hours before the date of the appointment in the event of illness, bereavement or participation in competitive sporting events, and 2 days before in the case of participation in public competitions

Failure to submit the required documentation will result in exclusion from the selection procedure.
Outcome of the medical examination
- Fit: the candidate will find their pre-enrolment number in the lists below and may follow the enrolment procedure according to the deadlines indicated below;
- Suspended pending further tests: the candidate must await information from the University Outpatient Clinic and Sports Medicine Centre, medsport@uniroma4.it; only after notification of fitness has been sent to the office responsible for selection for access to Bachelor’s and postgraduate degree courses will the candidate be admitted to enrolment;
- Unfit: the candidate is not admitted to enrolment
Obtaining fitness is essential for admission to the degree course.

Enrolment
Candidates who have been found fit at the medical examination and admitted to enrolment may proceed with completing the online enrolment application and paying the first instalment of university fees on the dates indicated for each group below.
The enrolment application must not be completed/submitted. The student identification number will be available 3–4 days after the deadline for the specific enrolment procedure in the candidate’s reserved area on Esse3. To access the institutional email address, which will be used for all official correspondence, please consult the dedicated page.
The deadlines for ISEE-2026 for university right-to-study benefits, and for the 2nd and 3rd instalments, are indicated in the dedicated section on enrolment procedures.
On 17 October 2026, a notice will be published on the website homepage indicating the assigned sections.
