Taking into account the particular situation due to COVID-19, our government measures, Erasmus+ Agency’s instructions and the reorganization of classes in the a.y 2020-2021, in order to guarantee the safety and protection of all students, while fully respecting all the containment measures taken at national level against COVID-19, our university has decided to implement the following measures:
a) Suspend acceptance of Incoming Erasmus+ mobility for Studies and Traineeship in presence, at least until December 2020;
b) Allow “virtual” mobility in the 1st semester only to Erasmus+ students who are interested in attending both two semesters at our university.
These students can attend between October 2020 and January 2021 all our courses, offered entirely online, and then conclude their mobility in presence - hoping the situation will allow it – in the second semester (blended mobility).
In order to guarantee effective participation in the online lessons, a language level of at least B1+/B2 of the CEFR is required to attend the courses offered in Italian. The level, if not supported by certification, will be ascertained through an online test organized by our university.
In addition,
        1. For the first semester, students can include in their Learning Agreement only theoretical subjects (annual and first semester), while they cannot include subject related to practical-movement components (e.g. Sports Games, Individual Sports, etc.).
        2. For the second semester, if mobility can be carried out in presence, students can include in their Learning Agreement both theoretical and practical subjects of the second semester.
c) Subject to agreement with the identified Mentor in our University, also allow mobility for Traineeships in "blended" mode, i.e. planned to be completed in presence after January 2021.
d) Provided the health situation allows it, accept mobility for Study and Traineeships in presence starting from the second semester and January 2021, respectively.
Where the evolution of the state of emergency allows it, the mobility will have to be planned considering their completion with a period of activity in presence (blended mobility).
In view of the above:
• Students nominated for the first semester only may, with the agreement of their University, request to extend the mobility so to include the second semester or switch the mobility period directly to the second semester. Notification of any change in the mobility duration/period must be received by 29/7/2020.
• Students nominated for an annual mobility, after approval of the "blended" mode by their University, must verify the Learning Agreement on the basis of points b) 1 and b) 2.
